Accueil Recipes Recipes with 100% Organic Oils Marinated Tomatoes and Mozarella di Buffala
Marinated Tomatoes and Mozarella di Buffala PDF Print E-mail

With Biopress BIOLEIQUE Oil - (40% Sunflower, 30% Carthame, 20% Rapeseed and 10% Olive)
1 litre jar (to be consummed within 3 months)
  • 1 kg small round, firm tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A few peppercorns and pepper berries
  • 150 g mozarella di Buffala
  • 1 sprig of Basilic
  • ½ litre Biopress Bioleique Oil

Preparation time : 3 days

Instructions:

Stab the tomatoes to the core using a fork.
Squeeze gently with your hand to remove the seeds and water.
Scald them for a few seconds and peel.
Cut the mozzarella balls into thick slices.
Peel the garlic.
Set the tomatoes into the jar, alternating them with the mozarella, the garlic, the pepper and a few leaves of basil.
Cover thoroughly with Biopress Bioleique oil, close the lid, and let it marinate for 3 days in a cool, dry place away from the light prior to consuming.
