BIOPRESS RAPESEED OIL - BIOPRESS COLIVETTE OIL  (60% Rapeseed AND 40% Olive)

HUMMUS :

• 1 thin chick peas
• 3 soup spoons tahini (sesame paste)
• 1 clove of garlic
• Juice from 2 lemons
• Biopress Colivette oil
• Salt and pepper

Drain and rinse the chick peas, mix them with the tahini, the clove of garlic cut in four, the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper and the Biopress Colivette oil into a blender, and reduce to a fine paste.

GUACAMOLE :

• 2 fully ripe avocados
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 sprigs of fresh coriander
• Juice from 1 lime
• Spices: cumin, Cayenne pepper, celery salt, etc…
• Unprocessed sea salt and pepper

Remove the stems from the coriander and chop finely.

Peel and dice the tomatoes.

In a bowl, mix the avocado flesh with the lime juice, the diced tomato, the coriander and the spices, using a fork until achieving a smooth consistency.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
